UCT is seeking an experienced and talented Contracts & Sourcing Manager to join our team in Chandler, AZ! The main function of this role is to increase company margins by tracking cost reduction activities, compliance requirements and ensuring that all sourcing is reviewed and approved by the supply chain and all purchase orders are in line with contract pricing in SAP. This involves a thorough understanding of SAP management and how it relates to sourcing controls/suppliers set up in ERP, contracts management, PPV controls/approvals, planning, and procurement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops, aligns, and implements strategies for contracts and SAP management, creates metrics to track success/progress for each area of responsibility
  • SAP/HD ticket management 50%
    • PIR/Source List
    • Agreements (Contracts)
    • Material Requirements Planning
    • PPV validation on contract parts
    • SAP Validation
  • Contracts Management 30%
    • Cost Reduction tracker management
    • NDA compliance management
  • Industry Compliance requirements related to supply chain 15%
    • EICC
    • Conflict Minerals (CMRT-3T & G along with a new request for Cobalt)
    • RoHS/REACH
  • Agile PLM 5%
    • CE!/CP requirements familiarity
    • Supplier Change Request (SCR) management for CE!/CP material
    • Ensuring that no CE!/CP part sourcing is changed without the process being followed or supply chain approval
  • Other administrative support for Supply Chain 10%

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Extremely high level of knowledge of SAP procedure to Pay (PTP) and Procure to Manufacture (PTM) modules as it relates to supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, materials management, manufacturing processes, business fundamentals/finance
  • Advanced project/program management skills and abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong matrix management abilities
  • Relationship building activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Semiconductor helpful

Educational/Certification Requirement

  • BS/BSE level degree in business, materials science, or related technical discipline required.

Experience Requirement:

Work Experience:

  • 3-7 years directly related experience
  • Previous work experience in SAP related to supply chain/materials, contracts management, project management.
  • Certification by NAPM (National Association of Purchasing Management) and/or APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) a plus
