Clarence Granger

Clarence Granger
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Clarence Granger joined the company in 1996 as Executive Vice President of Operations and was named CEO in 2002. He has a broad range of management experience with high technology manufacturing companies.

Prior to UCT, Granger was vice president of media operations for Seagate Technology. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of HMT Technology. Granger received his master's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

GINO ADDIEGO
PRESIDENT & Chief OPERATING Officer

Dr. Gino Addiego has served as President and Chief Operating Officer since March 8, 2011. Dr. Addiego joined Ultra Clean with over 22 years of executive experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry.

Before joining Ultra Clean, Dr. Addiego was at Novellus Systems for six years where he most recently held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and previously, Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations. Prior to joining Novellus, Dr. Addiego spent more than nine years at Applied Materials, where he was responsible for global operations (including manufacturing, supply chain, and facilities), all of the semiconductor product groups, central engineering, and information technology. Dr. Addiego has also worked at KLA-Tencor and Photon Dynamics.

Dr. Addiego received both his bachelor's and doctorate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He holds seven patents and was nominated for the National Inventor of the Year Award in 1993.

 

Casey Eichler

Casey Eichler
senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Eichler joined Ultra Clean in 2009 as a senior executive with over 25 years of diverse experience in finance, operations and administration. His background includes public, private and startup companies and proven success in the development and implementation of strategic, operational and restructuring plans.

Prior to joining UCT, Mr. Eichler was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Credence Systems from January 2008 to November 2008, and the Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of MarketTools from March 2006 to December 2007. He served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MIPS Technologies from June 1998 to February 2006. Prior to that, he held management positions with several technology companies including Visigenic Software, NeXT Software and Microsoft.

Mr. Eichler is a board member of Crossing Automation and is on the board of directors of Magma Design Automation, Inc. (Nasdaq: LAVA). Mr. Eichler holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from St. John"s University.

Bruce Wier

Bruce Wier
SENIOR Vice President of Engineering

Bruce Wier is the Vice President of Engineering for Ultra Clean Technology. He joined UCT as the Director of Design Engineering in 1997. He is responsible for all of UCT's design engineering, documentation, and new product design activity.

Bruce is a veteran in the semiconductor capital equipment industry; prior to joining UCT, he was the engineering manager for Lam Research, Oxide Etch Business Unit. His experience also includes engineering management positions at Genus, Varian Associates and Eaton Corporation. Bruce holds a bachelor's degree cum laude in mechanical engineering from Syracuse University.

Deborah Hayward

Deborah Hayward
SENIOR Vice President of Sales

Deborah Hayward was named vice president of sales in 2002. Hayward joined UCT in 1995 as a major account manager. She assumed the position of sales director in 1998 and was promoted to senior sales director in January 2001, with responsibility for all sales, field service and customer support activity worldwide.

Prior to UCT, she spent 10 years at Brooks Instruments in customer service management and account management roles.
